The front doors of Millwood’s fire apparatus pay tribute to the department’s first engine, a 1924 Brockway chemical engine and will adorn Engine 247 shortly.
The rear door crew cab doors will have the following signage attached to them: Millwood Fire Co. No.1.
On the top of the rescue body, signage for Millwood, Fire-Recue and a 9-11-01 tribute Maltese Cross is attached.

The top of the rig also offers firefighters additional storage areas for equipment and tools in coffin compartments.

The front officer’s side compartment has a Stihl leaf blower on the top shelf, used at brush fire, auto accidents and to help dry the truck after washing.
The bottom section of the front compartment stores an exhaust fan, Honda portable generator and dewatering pump.
Over the wheel well, the compartment houses EMS supplies and traffic safety equipment. 12- The lower roll-out shelf in the rear compartment is the rig’s saw compliment.
The middle shelf in the rear compartment holds the unit’s hydraulic extrication tool and other vehicle extrication equipment.
The shelf above the extrication equipment, holds a rope-stretching bottle, spare rope bag and a box of flares.
On the upper shelf in the rear compartment, there is a folded section of hose stored.

The front wheel well pull-out, holds three spare SCBA bottles.
The rear wheel well pull-out has an absorbent storage bin inside it.
