Monroe Township (OH) Fire Apparatus Getting Equipment

It was announced at the Monroe Township Trustees meeting April 20 that the new township fire truck has arrived and is being prepped for use by the Tipp City Fire Department when occasion rises for the safety of residents in the unincorporated area of Monroe Township.

The township just recently made the last payment of $263,609 out of the fire levy fund for this 2015 fire truck pumper/tanker.

An additional $40,000 in equipment for the new truck is being installed before driving practice sessions begin by fire department personnel. This new fire truck will add to a strong protection force for township residents and their property.
