Pelican Products has introduced the Nemo 1960 LED as a compact and powerful back up light in its Nemo extreme submersible/dive flashlight line.

Engineered with a next-generation LED, the Nemo 1960 LED shines 24 lumens/657 candelas peak beam intensity (to cut through murky depths or illuminate a dark trail). Powered by two AAA batteries the flashlight offers more than 3 hours of usable light.

O-ring sealed and rated submersible to 100 meters/330 feet, the company said the flashlight sports an incredibly tough polymer construction that will stand up to the pressures of the deep and just about anything else. It weighs 1.9 ounces (with batteries) and features an integrated polymer pocket clip.

The flashlight is available in black, solar yellow and blue and is backed by the company’s Lifetime Guarantee of Excellence.
