Equipment Tracking Software Targets Fire and EMS

Dynamic Systems, Inc., in the Barcode Tracking Systems industry, has announced the release of Equipment and Toolroom for Fire and EMS Departments.

The easy-to-use software checks gear & equipment out to trucks keeps track of hydro-testing and periodic maintenance (NFPA 1851).  The program will reduce the safety risks and potential health hazards related to turnout gear care, maintenance and repair of all equipment.  You can now centralize materials across all facilities. Track items such as two-way radios, thermal imagers, PPE Gear, tools, uniforms and computers, and know when preventative maintenance is due on all equipment and vehicles. The software also includes an inventory function that will track consumable supplies and keep minimum /maximum levels and alert you when items are due for purchase.

Release of Equipment Tracking & Maintenance Scheduler
The system records all inspections, cleanings and repairs on equipment within a department.  Now all inventory is attached to each apparatus so you easily know how much equipment and parts should be ordered. And, the program will track all equipment checked out to other stations and monitor maintenance due on each piece.

Other software modules include Stockroom, Capital Assets, ID Badge Systems, and Document Tracking. Because all programs are integrated, additional modules can be added with the click of a button.
