Chattanooga (TN) Firefighters in Self-Quarantine, Crew in Isolation

Three Chattanooga firefighters are in self quarantine at home and a crew is in isolation after one of the crew members arrived to work with respiratory difficulty, reports Times Free Press.

A firefighter who had already developed respiratory difficulty was sent home to self quarantine, while the accompanying three-person crew has been isolated to the department’s training center for observation.

If the coronavirus test comes back negative, the isolated firefighters will be sent back to the fire station. But if the test is positive, they will have to remain in isolation at the training center for the full 14-day isolation period.
