Officials Approve Cuyama Valley (CA) Fire Station

An aging fire station to be replaced under a $6.4 million fire station moved forward by the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors, reports NoozHawk.com.

The facility will be built on county-owned parcels. The $6.4 million contract went to Anderson Burton.

The new 9,000-square-foot facility also will include a 1,000-square-foot Sheriff’s Department substation to meet “essential services” standards.
