People of all ages are stepping up to assist public safety agencies around the country with supplies to keep first responders safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A recent example is a teenager from Cohasset High School, in Massachusetts, used two 3D printers to produce 19 face shields for the Cohasset (MA) Fire Department.
The teen, Noah Sullivan, developed multiple designs for the face shields, ultiamtely choosing one that allowed him to print four shields at one time.
Sulivan plans to continue making face shields for first responders. He’s currently waiting for materials to make 32 more masks.
