Ossining (NY) Volunteer Ambulance Corps (OVAC) is helping to combat the COVID-19 pandemic by disinfecting emergency vehicles.

The OVAC has an in-house system that allows the department to produce cleaning, degreating, disinfectin, and sanitizing solutions, allowing the department to disinfect its vehilce every day.
Because of its supply of cleaning materials, the department has been able to open the service up to other area departments. It takes about 10 minutes per fire truck.
